CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
ASHTANGA IMPROV
A playful unique blend of vinyasa yoga interweaving the fundamentals of the ashtanga practice. (All Levels)
GENTLE
Ease into guided postures and meditation. Ideal for those suffering from fatigue, joint and muscle stiffness, and a high stress lifestyle. (All Levels)
GUIDED MEDITATION
Allow the body, mind, and heart to open as you focus inward. This class will be offered to all levels, and will involve some slow, calming movement.
HATHA ALIGNMENT
A traditional hatha class with a love for alignment. Get to know your body better as you take your practice to a new and deeper level. (All Levels)
HEATED VINYASA
Be prepared to sweat as you detoxify, purify and ignite your body and mind. A traditional vinyasa style class with a love for fire. Prior yoga experience recommended
POWER
Focus on building strength and conditioning. An upbeat and intense physical practice. (Advanced Levels)
PRANA FLOW
An energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana- the universal source of breath, life-energy, and conscious intelligence, as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living. Practitioners learn classical and innovate approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow drawn from many great teachings.
PRE NATAL
A class created especially for the expectant mother. This class will be highly restorative and will focus on easy breathing and stretching techniques, in order to, ease the body's transformation during pregnancy.
SLOW FLOW
Vinyasa flow turned down a notch. Come slow down your body as you learn to easily flow in and out of poses while refining postures and focusing inward.
SUNRISE VINYASA
Wake up and get your Om On! Focus on Sun Salutations to energize the body. Leave with radiance and an open heart to start your day. (All Levels)
TEENS
An introduction to Yoga especially designed for teenagers. Come learn about yoga and get a great workout for the mind and body.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow:
Gently move through a sequence of poses that will help loosen tight muscles and stiff joints. The fluidity of movement and breath will awaken the body and mind. (All Levels)
VINYASA 2
Our traditional Vinyasa class turned up. This class will be reserved to the intermediate to advanced practitioner who wants to take their practice to a new level. Come ready to sweat, bend, invert, and balance.
VINYASA FLOW
Our signature flow class ideal for all levels. Invigorate and energize the body as you flow in and out of postures following the natural rythm of your breath.
GENTLE EXPRESS
Take a break from the stress of the day to come back to center. This class will focus on holding postures and will be highly restorative and calming.
LUNCHTIME VINYASA
An express version of our signature Vinyasa Flow class. A dynamic class that gets the body moving through postures, with a heavy emphasis on linking the breath to each movement.
POWER HOUR
Don't just fuel up, Power up over your lunch hour. This class blends flow, strength and endurance all into one hour. (All Levels)
HATHA 1 AND 2
Open to both new yogis and the continuing practicioner, this class will help you regain balance by linking your breath and movement. Refine your flexibility and tone your muscles through to standing and seated poses. (Beginning and Intermediate Levels)
HEATED POWER VINYASA
We turn up the heat on a traditional vinyasa style class with a power focus. Get ready to challenge yourself, sweat and crank up the power. (Advanced Levels)
ENERGY FLOW
Jumpstart your week by getting your energy up and your heart pumping. Find an inner and outer glow through action and breath. Prior yoga experience recommended.
YIN
A restorative class that focuses on the extended holding of stretching postures in order to find opening of joints and strengthening muscles. Your breath will guide you through the quiet intensity of releasing tense areas of the body. Leave feeling relaxed and restored. (All Levels)

This method of yoga involves synchronizing of breath with a progressive series of postures producing internal heat and purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light strong body and a calm mind. (All Levels)

Candlelight Vinyasa
The perfect way to tie off your workweek. Come for a sweat and leave feeling restored and relaxed. A well-rounded practice that will let you sail smoothly into the weekend. (All Levels)
Kids Yoga
A lighthearted class just for kids to focus on balance, concentration, and fun! Yoga introduces great ways for kids to manage emotions and energy. Ages 5-10
Yoga Remix
Vinyasa Flow turned up and tuned in. Come get your workout on the mat to the beat of some rockin' tunes. Add a dash of heat, and you're in store for an energizing practice and a good sweat. Prior yoga experience recommended.
